Syllabyte is a free vocabulary word puzzle game available via web browser and mobile applications. The Service provides daily puzzles, multiple game modes, leaderboards, challenge features, and vocabulary-building tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access additional features such as saving progress across devices, appearing on leaderboards, and challenging friends, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or using Google OAuth.
Usernames must not contain offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language. We reserve the right to change or remove any username that violates these guidelines or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Syllabyte and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to the game design, puzzles, word lists, graphics, user interface, and code.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
"User Content" includes any content you create or submit through the Service, such as usernames, game results, and challenge links. By participating in ranked play or using social features, you acknowledge that your username and scores may be publicly visible on leaderboards and through challenge links. We reserve the right to remove users from leaderboards or disable accounts that we believe are engaging in cheating or other violations of these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Syllabyte. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
